The figure eight
Te figure eight is an exercise for strengthening and increasing the flexibility ofthe eye muscle. Start the exercise by imagining a picture of the figure eightabout
Turn the figure eight on its side and trace the figure with your eyes. This is a very simple exercise and it is recommended that you do this exercise everytime you take a break after you have used your computer for a few hours.
Ferris wheel
The ferris wheel is another eye exercise to improve eye flexibility and vision.
* Sit up straight and look ahead
* Your shoulders need to be relaxed and your hands need to be in your lap
* Look up as high as you can but do not move your head
* Slowly and smoothly roll them clockwise and trace a big circle around the
room
* You need to be sure to see as much as possible
* Do this 10 times and then change the exercise to counterclockwise
Please note that a little pain or resistance is a good sign. It means that you
are stretching your eyes properly.
